Yes, I agree with that. Because because basically rank, position, even the content, no longer a primary consideration the millennial generation, or commonly referred to as Generation Y.
Gen Y does not know the word 'unemployment'. Always there for them to do. They could achieve. They do not work for money. And money is not decisive, but the money could be an indication of how companies value them.
